As long as the request isn’t deemed of the NAUGHTY nature, feel free to get as creative as you wish with the request of what you’d like Santa to say or talk about. Santa Mark reserves the right to decline any request.
Once you have made payment and sent in the request for what you want, Santa Mark will schedule your agreed upon day and time which will happen within 3 days from date payment has been made.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for any Personal Santa Live Video Calls. Santa will follow your lead as to what you initially requested for your video, so the more details you can provide, the better and more personalized the call will be. Calls can last anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes.
