As long as the request isn’t deemed of the NAUGHTY nature, feel free to get as creative as you wish with the request. Santa Mark reserves the right to decline any request. Please do not put any links in your request.

What's the turnaround time for a personal Santa video?

Once you have made payment and sent in the request for what you want Santa Mark to say, Santa will have up to 5 days to fulfill your video request (unless you have chosen the 24 hour option)

What if I don't like my personal Santa video?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for any Personal Santa Videos. Santa will follow your lead as to what you initially requested for your video, so the more details you can provide, the better and more personalized the video will be.
